Naples Concrete & Masonry takes safety very seriously; with a MOD rate of .67, we are constantly training to ensure all our personnel have a safety awareness mindset. Our superintendents have OSHA 10 and 30 training certifications. Anyone who works with forklifts or other machinery, have forklift training cards, and Scaffold Training and Fall Protection classes are also made available.

Additionally, each project is provided a site specific Material Data Sheet and Safety Manual Hazcom Program.

We also provide an outsourced, OSHA certified safety representative to train our employees, as well as evaluate all the workers' performance on site. 

We believe that constant training builds safety awareness, and Naples Concrete & Masonry is proud of our track record as one of the most safety aware structural contractors in Southwest Florida.
